A classic blend of white peach charged with Frizzenti
25ml of white peach puree,
top with 100ml of Frizzenti
Method: Add white peach puree in to the glass, top with of Frizzenti, stir gently
Glass: Champagne Flute
Tip: To make your own peach puree, cut ripe white or yellow peaches in to chunks, put in to a blender, add a little sugar syrup to taste, blend until it turns in to a fine pulp. Make sure NOT to include the stone.
