A blend of puree from fresh strawberries charged with Frizzenti
25ml of strawberry puree,
top with 100ml of Frizzenti
Garnish: slice of strawberry on the glass rim
Method: Add strawberry puree in to the glass, top with Frizzenti, stir gently, add garnish on the glass rim.
Glass: Champagne Flute
Tip: To make your own strawberry puree, remove the sepals from the strawberries using a knife, put a handful of berries in to a blender, add a little sugar syrup to taste, blend until it turns in to a fine pulp.
