Frizzenti Cocktail

An Italian twist on the champagne cocktail, with Amaretto liqueur, a sugar cubed, orange bitters, charged with Frizzenti

Ingredients:
1x sugar,
2-3ml orange bitters,
15ml Amaretto,
top with 100ml Frizzenti

Garnish: Sugar cube and zest of orange

Method: Soak the sugar cube in orange bitters, add the Amaretto, top with Frizzenti, add zest of orange

Glass:  Champagne flute

Tip: You can replace the orange for Angostura bitters for more Christmas flavours
