Autumn Spritz

Crème de cassis, and pressed apple juice, served over ice and charged with Frizzenti, garnished with a selection of autumn berries

Ingredients:
25ml crème de cassis,
75ml pressed apple juice,
top with 75ml Frizzenti

Garnish: slices of apple, selection of autumn berries and a sprig of mint

Method: Add ingredients in to a glass filled with ice, top with Frizzenti, add garnish

Glass:  Rocks Glass

Tip: You can replace crème de cassis liqueur to any other berry liqueur depending on season and what you stock, you might need to balance the drink with sugar due to varying intensities on different liqueurs
