SUMMER PUNCH

A summer blend of Frizzenti, vodka, fresh lemon juice and mint, served long over ice sweetened with elderflower cordial and summer berry liqueur, garnished with fresh summer berries

Ingredients:
25ml Vodka,
20ml fresh lemon juice,
15ml Elderflower cordial,
5x mint leafs,
top with 100ml Frizzenti,
float 15ml summer berry liqueur

Method:  Add ingredients in to a glass filled with ice, top with Frizzenti, float a summer berry liqueur like crème de framboise or fraise on top

Glass:  Small wine

Tip: You can replace the vodka with gin or rum, vary the berries, liqueur depending on season and what berry liqueurs you stock.
