Summer Spritz
A summer blend of Aperol aperitivo, fresh strawberries & rhubarb. Served short over ice topped with Frizzenti
Ingredients:
35ml Aperol aperitivo,
plenty of cubed ice,
slices of fresh strawberries and rhubarb,
top with 150ml Frizzenti
plenty of cubed ice,
slices of fresh strawberries and rhubarb,
top with 150ml Frizzenti
Method: Slice thin strips of rhubarb using potato peeler, slice strawberries in to thin slices, then add ingredients in to a glass filled with cubed ice top with Frizzenti
Glass: Small wine
Tip: You can replace the Aperol with a sweet vermouth and the strawberries can be substituted for raspberries
